The DoD organizations and overall enterprise will methodically move towards continuous attribute based authentication.
Initially the capability focuses on standardizing legacy single authentication to a organizationally approved IDP with users and groups. The second stages adds in based rule based (time) authentication and ultimately matures to Continuous Authentication based on the application/software activities and privileges requested.
