Support and coordination for the treatment of vulnerabilities and the resolution of security incidents experienced by entities within the scope of application of this royal decree.
The CCN-CERT, through its technical support and coordination service, will act as quickly as possible in the event of any attack received on the affected information systems.
To fulfill the purposes indicated in the previous paragraphs, reports, audit records and configurations of the affected systems and any other information that is considered relevant may be collected, as well as the computer supports that are deemed necessary for the investigation of the incident of the affected systems, without prejudice to the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, as well as the possible confidentiality of institutional or organizational data.
