>Control Description
In the General Administration of the State, each ministry will have its security policy, which will be approved by the head of the Department. Public organizations and entities belonging to the state institutional public sector may have their own security policy, approved by the competent body, which will be consistent with that of the Department with which they maintain the relationship of connection, dependency or affiliation, or be included in the subjective scope of its security policy. The management centers of the General Administration of the State that manage services under the declaration of shared services may also have their own security policy, approved by the competent body, consistent with that of the Department to which they depend or to which they are attached.
