>Control Description
A covered entity shall document in writing all procedures taken to comply with this section and the results thereof. The covered entity shall retain all records required in this section for a minimum of five years from the date they are created unless the Chair approves otherwise in writing. The covered entity shall provide any record required in this section to the Board upon request.
