INCIDENT RESPONSE ASSISTANCE | COORDINATION WITH EXTERNAL PROVIDERS (a) The organization establishes a direct, cooperative relationship between its incident response capability and external providers of information system protection capability; and (b) The organization identifies organizational incident response team members to the external providers.
