Carry out a risk assessment of those systems, services, assets, data and capabilities critical to ship operations, the sudden operational failure of which may result in hazardous situations. Identify cyber-related threats. Identify vulnerabilities to systems, services, assets, data and capabilities. Assess the likelihood and impact of a cyber incident on the safety, availability, integrity and confidentiality of those elements.
