>Control Description
On the basis of the consultation referred to in paragraph 8, the Commission may adopt implementing acts to decide on corrective or restrictive measures at Union level, including ordering withdrawal from the market, or recalling, within a reasonable period, commensurate with the nature of the risk. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 51(2).
