>Control Description
The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, lay down technical specifications for pictograms or any other marks related to the security of the products with digital elements, and mechanisms to promote their use. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 51(2).
