>Control Description

ENISA, on the basis of the notifications received pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2, shall prepare a biennial technical report on emerging trends regarding cybersecurity risks in products with digital elements and submit it to the Cooperation Group referred to in Article [Article X] of Directive [Directive XXX/XXXX (NIS2)]. The first such report shall be submitted within 24 months after the obligations laid down in paragraphs 1 and 2 start applying.
