Art. 53—General-Purpose AI Model Obligations
>Control Description
Providers of general-purpose AI models shall draw up and keep up-to-date technical documentation including training and testing process information, make information and documentation available to downstream providers, establish a policy for respecting copyright, and draw up and make publicly available a sufficiently detailed summary about training content.
