>Control Description
DoD Components create an inventory of approved applications and code being used, including open-source, commercial, and in-house developed software. Each Component will track the supportability (i.e., active, legacy, etc.) hosted location (i.e., cloud, on-premises, hybrid, etc.) and record important data (i.e., name, version, team responsible, licensing and support, mapped dependencies).
