>Control Description
Except as allowed by these regulations, a business shall wait at least 12 months from the date the consumer’s request to limit is received before asking a consumer who has exercised their right to limit to consent to the use or disclosure of their sensitive personal information for purposes other than those set forth in subsection (m).
