>Control Description
A business shall obtain the consumer’s consent in accordance with section 7004 before collecting or processing personal information for any purpose that does not meet the requirements set forth in subsection (a). Except as set forth Civil Code section 1798.145, subdivision (r), or as otherwise prohibited by the CCPA, a consumer must be able to withdraw consent at any time.
