Ensure exit interviews are conducted once a user is terminated in HR Management System and relevant stakeholders are involved. 3. Ensure that a record of the interview is retained.

Inspect records of the exit interview for terminated employees. 3. For a sample of terminated employees, validate that termination procedures were followed including the performance of an exit interview.
